Let me begin by introducing myself. I am Kevin Patrick the owner and manager of Angler Remodeling and Exterior Services. I am a native Texan ( born in Dallas in 1959 )and currently live and operate my business from the North Dallas area. I have been remodeling and involved with various forms of construction since 1979. I have completed remodels as a construction manager for RW contracting on several commercial projects  nation wide such as Office Max-Steak and Ale- Bennigans-   Red Lobster – Mr Gattis Pizza- 7 eleven- Chief Auto  Parts  and corporate offices for the Southland Corporation and Texas Motor speedway .

I started Angler Remodeling services in June of 1989 and have been operating exclusively on a customer referral service with no outside advertising. I feel that is  the best way to conduct business and keep my clients satisfied knowing that they can call me for any emergencies, remodeling or repair issues that they may need. We have been doing repeat business for numerous families for several years and try our best to provide competitive pricing and quality products .

By using our services you can rest assured that a clean job with top quality work, and fewer headaches will be achieved by dealing with me on a daily basis. I take tremendous pride in making sure that professional ,courteous and clean individuals and subcontractors show up on your property daily.

We also pay extreme attention to details and you will pleased to know that the job is not finished unless you are satisfied and a final punch list is completed .

We look forward to meeting you and your family !

Thank you for your time !
